Jugetsudo Tokyo Shop is located just behind Kabukiza, the renowned Kabuki theater in Higashiginza. Following the Paris location, the space was designed by Kengo Kuma. Overlooking Kabukiza’s rooftop garden, the venue is enveloped by 3,000 bamboo stalks, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a serene Zen retreat.

At the counter and terrace seating, guests can enjoy sweets generously prepared with house-made matcha, alongside premium nori-based Japanese sandwiches, pasta, and other light fare.

A retail area is also available, offering a curated selection of signature items including tea, nori, and sweets, as well as Kabukiza-exclusive souvenirs.

In addition, we host a range of tea experiences, such as the “Japanese Tea Experience Course,” where guests can explore different varieties of tea paired with thoughtfully crafted sweets, as well as workshops on brewing sencha and preparing matcha.
